The Question Is…

Let me just say that my heavenly Father is OH SO faithful! He’s faithful to me even on those occasions when my actions are far less than reciprocal. He remembers me even on the days when I don’t spend enough time remembering Him. I am always so humbled by His love, grace and mercy, and I continue to revel in the simple yet profound blessings.

One such blessing for me is today’s post. Monday night, “as I lay me down to sleep”, I thought to myself, “What in the world will I do for the letter Q?” Q…. Didn’t I mention that letter at the beginning of this challenge? Didn’t I label it as one of those awkward letters of the English alphabet that we insist on holding onto? I don’t remember, but if I didn’t I should have. 🙂

Thankfully, I received a lightening quick response to my whining thought. I simply heard these three words, “The Question Is”. You may or may not be familiar with this beautiful tune, from days gone by, by the award winning Gospel music group – The Winans. Wow…. This has to be one of my all time favorite Christian music recordings ever! The lyrics are so simple, and the message is so sweet. I’m sure it’s safe to say I haven’t heard this tune in years, so I consider it a blessing that God would give it to me as my post for today. I hope it serves as a refreshing treat for you, as well.
