Error

I made a boo boo.  Is it ok to say that?  I think it is.  Anyway, I made a mistake, a faux pas, an error.  There!  Did you catch it?  That’s the A to Z Blog Challenge word of the day.  Error. Click here to read Merriam Webster’s definition of the word “error”.

Remember my birthday post from, well, my birthday.  If you didn’t get to read that post or to enter the giveaway, click here.  I really enjoyed writing that post, and I certainly enjoyed hearing from the people who either posted very thoughtful “happy birthday” comments and/or posted a comment to enter the giveaway.

In my Birthdays and Giveaways post, I set a winner announcement date of Thursday April 7th.  According to my calculation, that date would be “G” day, and the word “giveaway” would obviously fit right in.  Well, I have since figured out that there was an error in my initial calculation.  I was including Sundays in my count and there will be no posts on Sundays.  Jesus rested one day out of the week, and by golly we writers will too!

Today’s post is simply about correcting my error AND giving someone out there just a little more time to enter to win a $15 Target gift card.  So, mark your calendars.  On April EIGHTH, not SEVENTH, meet me back here for the announcement of winner.  I’m excited!
