If you could teach only one life lesson to the next generation, what lesson would you teach?
If you could abolish only one form of evil from the earth, what evil would you abolish?
If you could have only one career when you “grow up”, what career would you have?
If you could use only one talent/gift for the rest of your life, to leverage for the good of mankind and to be profitable, what talent would you use?
If today, you were allotted only one prayer, what prayer would you pray?
If you had to choose to serve only one group of people (children, adults, senior citizens, men, women, boys, girls, domestic violence victims, breast cancer survivors, children with a specific illness, single parents, immigrants etc), what group of people would you choose?
If you knew that when you left this world you would be remembered for only one thing, for what one thing would you want to be remembered?
Our lives are filled with choices. We are rarely limited to choosing only one of anything. However, consciously choosing to narrow our focus will undoubtedly lead to a more productive, more meaningful existence and allow us to make a far great impact on the world around us.
So, what would be a few of your “only ones”?
Completely ME,

I can’t even begin to answer your questions. There is only One Great God, but an infinite number of concerns such as you have expressed here. As soon as I think of one, I think of another.

Tossing It Out
That’s exactly how I am. The questions do challenge me, however, to commit myself to use my gifts in support of some cause/passion to help someone. It is overwhelming, though, because you never feel like you’ve done enough.
